Group transport for up to 16 people
For groups of nine to sixteen, we provide two 8-seat minibuses travelling together. Both vehicles collect at the same time, follow the same route and drop off together, so the group arrives as one.
Two minibuses also give you more room for luggage than a single 16-seat vehicle, which helps on airport runs. And if the group needs to split at the end of the night, each minibus can drop off in a different direction.
We regularly move groups to weddings, stag and hen dos, sports fixtures, works outings and race days at Cheltenham. Larger groups than sixteen can also be arranged; call the office to plan it.
Our drivers and vehicles are licensed by Gloucester City Council, DBS checked and fully insured. Every journey is pre-booked through our Gloucester office, which is open 24 hours a day.

Do you have a 16 seater taxi?
For groups of up to 16 we send two 8-seat minibuses that travel together. You get one booking and one price, and more room for luggage than a single 16-seat vehicle.
Can the two minibuses pick up from different addresses?
Yes. Tell us the addresses and we will plan the pick-ups so both vehicles arrive at the destination together.
Can you transport a group to Cheltenham Racecourse?
Yes. Group race-day transport is one of our most popular bookings. Book early for the Festival.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends, race days and wedding season, so we can hold both minibuses for you.
